1. She assumed she would have this bag and she wouldn't need their votes
Obama comes in and starts to mess everything up for her and OOPS! Looks like they matter now after all!

4. Where were all the other candidates?
She's doing the right thing now - she should be commended.

she would be 'fighting' for their votes if they were going to Obama ?

Lets be honest for one second monkeyfunk.

7. Honestly?
Honestly, it wasn't the people who moved up the primary dates, it was the politicians of the states. It wasn't the candidates who moved the dates. Yet, those are the two entities who will suffer for the ignorance of the politicians.

9. Do you believe
you would be so opposed if they weren't going to Clinton?

I don't think ANYBODY here would oppose counting the votes if they weren't going to Clinton - so you're no better than the accusation you make: you're just playing politics and trying to score an advantage.

6. She is doing the right thing now
that it is to her political advantage, and ONLY because it is to her political advantage.
You Hilbots think it is great that she will do anything to win, no matter how unethical.
I think it is awful.

11. And you oppose it ONLY
because it's to her advantage.

So you're doing anything to win, too. Can't you see that?

14. No. Sorry. I am not like you and your candidate
who will do anything to anyone to win.
The ruling should stand, and I don't care if Obama wins 80% of the vote in Florida.

16. Yes, Hillary should do EVERYTHING she can no matter HOW UNETHICAL.
It is all about winning. She should drive a van down to the polls and threaten to beat anyone who doesn't vote for her.

17. You have described an illegal activity. Please stop confusing illegal activities
with candidates looking to their advantage.

It makes you look simple and childish.

we just disagree. I think disenfranchising voters is wrong.

8. NO, she had to wait until Iowa, NH, Nevada, and SC were out of the way
first.

13. Because the pact that the leading candidates made was to curry
Edited on Sat Jan-26-08 10:50 AM by Bread and Circus
favor with those early states, to give them primacy and importance. It's a way of saying to Iowans that the candidates "agree" that they should still be first in the nation. It's basically pandering and they all did it.

Now, two conditions are out of the way - the early states are all but done and Clinton got good numbers in MI running unopposed and FLA looks like hers.

So, as the opportunist unethical panderer that she is, she decided she wanted to put MI and FLA back in play. Breaking her promise and the rules.

If she had been talking this way back before Iowa and before she knew the numbers, that would have been courageous.

But political courage and Hillary Clinton wouldn't know each other if they saw each other in the same room.

19. Quit diverting the problem....
It ain't about the candidates. It's about the national and state Democratic leaders fucking with their rank and file and trashing their rights.

Leave the candidates out of this and direct your venom to where it should go - the Democratic leaderships - national and state.

Those delegates elected by the rank and file must and will be recognized - I don't give a shit which candidates win them.
