I think an Obama Richardson ticket can easily win 45 states!

I'd be very enthused
by an Obama/Webb ticket --because I'd also like to see a Webb Presidency in 2016.

One thing the Party needs as a ticket --is a ticket with 16 year legs.

3. Uh...No to Richardson.
Decent man, but with a resume like his, he shoulda kicked ass--instead, he barely registered DESPITE his experience.

5. Because celebrity means more than experience to most folks.
Sadly.

7. No, I think it had less to do with his resume and more to do with the fact
that he was just a poor candidate, with poor political and speaking skills. He makes a good bureaucrat and is a solid workhorse, but he did not come off as a leader.

12. So poor he got elected Gov. of New Mexico...
:eyes:

With all the media attention on the "rock stars", he didn't have a snowballs chance in hell.

14. Maybe he's pretty good by New Mexico standards, but he sure wasn't a national
candidate.

6. Richardson seemed like a decent guy
but I was not all that impressed with him. In the debates he seemed ill-prepared and floundered a lot.

I would be THRILLED with Obama/Edwards or Edwards/Obama

9. Richardson would add credibility and experience to that ticket.
He'd offset some serious shortcomings Obama has.

13. Stupid dream
Richardson has been consistent in his statements about finishing his term as governor rather than taking a position that would be a waste of his time and considerable talent.

15. 45 States??? Dream On!
It would be quite an achievement go get even ONE of the following states voting for Obama, let alone 8 of them.

Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, Alaska, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma, Indiana
