Poll question: Is The Bottom Line This Primary That It's A Referendum On Hillary Clinton & the Clinton Presidency?

Is that what this is going to be all about? Not who is the best person for the White House, but whether or not we think the Clinton presidency was effective and worthy of another shot?

Or are we really approaching this election as if it's a blank slate and we're just deciding who the best person is?

1. It seems to be a referendum on the Clintons. Seems Dems long ago

decided to give the Republicans and Bush a huge pass. The MSM is good at what it does.

2. It's a problem of message

HRC is trying to push her case by leaning on her husband's presidency. Since we are reaping some VERY BAD fruits of NAFTA and other actions he championed, she's getting fallout mixed with the bump she gains from being former first lady.

Personally, I was still in school during most of Bill's presidency, so I wasn't as aware of the bad policies he was floating at the behest of the shadow gov't. My opinion has thus soured.

Even so, Obama is scaring me more with some of his statements, lately, so if Edwards can't get within striking distance, HRC will get my vote.
