Will any of the Presidential candidates Run a Superbowl Commerical?
I know they're stupidly expensive...but what better way to catch the eye of the nation than by running a commercial on the Superbowl (when millions of people will be watching)? The only candidates with the extra cash to spend on that are Obama, Clinton, and Romney. All of the other candidates need to use their resources for other states and avenues.

1. I thought there was some (unofficial) prohibition against advocacy ads during the Super Bowl.
Or maybe that only applies to groups like moveon.org. They were denied when they tried to buy ad time during one of the recent Super Bowls.

3. No
Fox has stated that they will not accept any political advertising during the Super Bowl.

There was some speculation about this in one of the papers the other day. With Mass and Connecticut voting on Super Tuesday, and a Pats/Giants SB sure to shatter ratings records in the Boston, Hartford, and NYC markets, some people wondered whether Obama or Clinton might roll the dice and advertise during the game.
