6. Those polls aren't post SC, are they? Looks like they are run from the
23rd to the day of SC on the 26th? Not sure if we can write off a bump yet. Give it a couple of days.

7. NO no not so fast and loose there. Here are the dates of those polls right
off your own link 1/26 1/23-26 1/23-26 1/21-23

these were done before the outcome was announced on saturday, with some done days before the election.
A fair minded person would not rush to judge so fast.

5. independents can vote in the Dem primary, NOT the GOP primary
I think the polls aren't reflecting this.

Obama could win this state.

8. In CA that's certainly true
Novak mentioned it in an article recently that Obama could be helped by hard to poll things like that in California, with independents wanting to vote in the republican primary being told it's for registered republicans only, but they can vote in the democratic primary.
