New term for someone desperately attacking Obama: "Pulling a Rezko"
The usage would be:

Pulling a "Rezko" (phrase)

1. A state in which all hope is lost or absent; "pulling a Rezko"; "they pulled a Rezko from despair at the last minute"; "pulling a Rezko born of desperation"

2. Indifferent to or disregardful of evidence, where Barack Obama has been declared not under investigation and declared that he did no wrongdoing in the Rezko investigation.

Obama has been accused of no wrongdoing involving Rezko or anyone else.

Tony Rezko is the man in the middle with Bill and Hillary Clinton.

6. You'd better get used to it

and the campaign had better find a remedy, because the "fun" is just beginning. Think the Dem campaigns and interest groups are tough and equivocal? Wait'll you get a load of mighty wurlitzer.

They're a lot louder and their tactics are more sophisticated than pasting photo op's that pretty much anyone with access at a fundraising event can get.

7. What part of the phrase "accused of no wrongdoing" do you NOT get?
Accuse Obama of being from the Planet Weemawappa. You have as much evidence as the Rezko case.

8. I humbly invite you to join the reality based community
The Clintons did nothing wrong in the Whitewater "case," Al Gore didn't claim to have invented the internet and John Kerry wasn't "distorting his record" in Vietnam.

There was far less hay to be made from those situations than with Obama's association with Rezco- yet recall what happened then?

The world of politics and how the game's played isn't going to change simply because you want it to- or hope that it will.

That you may have truth on your side- or that something's unfair is far less important in America these days than tactics and spin. So like I say, the Obama campaign had better get used to it -and deal effectively, lest you fall victim yet again to the "high road" approach.
