Just talked to one of my Republican friends who may vote Dem
for the first time in her life. She says:
1)she would vote for Hillary no matter which puke wins the nomination
2) She says she will vote for McCain if Hillary is not the candidate but 3) she will hold her nose and vote for Obama if Mittens is the puke's candidate instead of McCain.

aside, my wife saw Mittens on TV Sunday and commented that he made her skin crawl. Wife is an ex young Republican, I think she's still a registered republican (mostly to piss off her mother) who pretty much votes dem.

1. Very interesting
My husband will vote Obama over McCain, but says he would vote McCain over Hillary. I think I could talk some sense into him, but...

Sounds like some gender feelings to me.

2. yes but nobody really wants to
admit that race and gender are factors in this election. All kinds of bias still exist to a greater extent in American society than we would like to admit, despite the huge improvements since I was young.

3. I am a Edwards supporter, but if he can't get the nomination then
I would want Obama to get the nomination...I think he just might be good for this country...do not want anymore clintons or bushs in the white house...not that I dislike them...I just think this country is ready for a change...and hoping that will be Obama...the Kennedy speeches yesterday was very inspiring...
