8. Obama's been my second choice over Clinton the whole time

But she came close to taking over a couple of times.

Edwards is still (as I hope it's clear) my number one and I won't give in till he does as always. What I'm saying here is that I've finally ruled out making Hillary Clinton my number two choice. Recent events have clarified things for me. You can't separate the Clintons, unfortunately, and so they represent the past while Obama represents the future. Also she has never to my satisfaction proven that she can change the millions of minds in this country that are already dead-set against her. Add to all that the nastiness of her campaign (much more so than Obama's although his campaign is not blameless) and Caroline Kennedy's endorsement and it's just all too much to resist. I've heard all the arguments on both sides, so don't start with the hate. My mind is now made up as to my second choice.

But my first choice remains Edwards till it is no longer an option.
