Hillary will win FL in November thanks to tonight.

Say what you will about Hillary and FL tonight, she has done a service to our party.

Hate to say it, but the repukes were smarter about handling FL's upping it's primary date.

They look like they respect the voters in FL. Thanks to a not so bright move, Democrats are at risk of looking like we're telling them to eff off.

Hillary actually going there to thank them WILL help us in that state in November, no matter who the nominee is, but especially if its her.

1. Billary is a snake and represents the worst of politics in either party. Now we remember why the
Dems got thrown out by a moron from TX. Who can tell the difference and Gore could not get far enough away to hide the stink.

you're DISGUSTING - did you forget the repukes STOLE the election and Al Gore's distancing himself from Clinton was condidered, in retrospect, a huge mistake? YOU SOUND LIKE A F***ING REPUKE.

8. Short Sighted
He is already working for the votes in November. As a florida voter, what do you think they will think about how Obama's response has been to the Florida Primary??

Seriously, think about it.

That is the way a campaign has got to constantly think. The votes might not count towards delegetes... But it's best not to alienate the voters of the state by talking down about it. If the Fl primary shows him behind, it's best not to assume that if he gets the party nod for the general election, that he will win florida. He will need all the support he can get. That is ALL the Democrates working for him... And lots of independents, etc. That is alot of foot soldiers.

His isn't the only race that will be on the ballot. "Workers" who might vote for him, but are not excited about him, etc.. will not work on his campaign, but work for one of the other races. The more workers you got helping out, the more 'energy' there is there.

Get it?

Now, he has even more work to do in Florida then he did before. <sigh>

Canidates should never forget that while they are talking Primary, they should also be thinking General. Not to only focus on the primary race, but to remember that the 'general election' voters are all ready paying attention. All ready need to be 'setting the message' that will work not just in the primarys, but in the general election as well. Cause after the primarys, there is less time to work on the general public. Best to be doing it all along. <wink> More games are lost because of such short sightness.

5. She did the right thing
If she wins the primary, she needs those peoples support to run a campaign. She thanked them for their work, let them know they were not forgotten, that she heard them, etc.

Let them know they mattered. The delegetes might not be counted, but the people at least mattered.

I'm not in all this fighting stuff, so I'm confussed about what the problem is about what she did. Why are people acting ugly over it. The whole thing is weird. I feel like I'm in some weird b movie or something.

AS a Florida voter, I gota say I was pissed that all of them was going to ignore us totally.

After Gore didn't fight for it in 2000 and Kerry who PROMISED he would, also walked away.... I have issues with folks that just blow us off. Her speach made me feel like she at least understands that the punishment of our vote not really counting, following the last 2 presidentual elections we had... had some really bad tastes for some of us. Of course, I realize she isn't going to get them to accept our delegetes.

It was a smart move.

All this media coverage about how it doesn't count, and trashing her about her 'win', is making the democrates and Obama look bad to the Florida voters. Not a good thing come November. Very, very short sighted of the Party.

14. I hope you are right. Hillary is smart, strong and tenacious...she did GREAT TONIGHT!
And she was very smart in pointing out that the votes of Floridians DO count (regardless of the delegate count). She is going to make the best President since Bill Clinton.

:kick: and recommend
