11. I would like to see Hillary announce a plan to create a

Special Commission (permanent) to review existing government contracts, contract compliance and the process for rewarding contracts for FEMA and the DOD.

John Edwards should be appointed head of that commission. Give him a staff, U.S. Marshals, the FBI and direct access to the President.

If Hillary can't pull that off then put him in charge of FEMA and make it a cabinet position again.
