Irony - My Edwards Bumper Sticker just arrived...

after waiting over two weeks for my Edwards goodies to arrive, a package from the campaign 'shop' arrived half an hour ago.
Enclosed was just ONE of the Four bumper stickers and other merchandise I had ordered.

Also enclosed was a note that tells me the tote bag, teeshirts, yard sign and other bumperstickers I expected are all 'back ordered' and will shipped to me as soon as possible.

Gee, thanks guys!!

an Edwards supporter. I donated twice to his campaign. I had faith in his message. I no longer have any faith in the Media. JE'S message would be out before all Americans if he had been given the air and print exposure.

I'm as sick about it as you. Time to go find a good book. I've had it with politics for a while.

I still see more Bush/Cheney 2004 bumper stickers on the road than all the current candidates on both sides combined. Saw two today on the way home.

Got my DK T-shirt & coffee mug (BTW is union made in the USA) and really like them. They did forget my bumper sticker, but that's the way it goes I suppose.

14. Oh, I've already put it on my car. I've already voted for John

in the Cal Primary too and I'm damn proud of that - wouldn't take it back if you paid me.

But did it have to arrive today?! I'd already blubbered my way through cancelling a hotel room I'd booked in San Jose Thurs night - so I'd be really early for the rally. Calling the two fence sitting friends I had cajouled into attending the rally Friday and telling that John wasn't coming to SJ after all.

I just didn't need the envelope today - it was like getting a letter from someone close that had already died - it may me cry - again.
