When is 32 Million dollars better than 132 Million dollars?
When you receive 32 Million dollars in mostly small independent donations from the American People because they believe in your candidacy,

rather than 132 Million dollars from peddling your influence to the highest bidder to enable shady Uranium deals.

That's when.

1. I was thinking... it is entirely possible that 40 billion of our economic
stimulus package is in Exxon's piggy bank. Certainly fuel costs are a prime mover in the most recent economic debacle.
