Time to move on from the Intra Party Partisanship.
Its time to get our ducks in row to crush the repugs no matter who our nominee is. Hill & Bama's policy positions aren't that far apart and were mostly driven by Edwards anyway. T

Lets start to point our rhetorical guns at repugs now. I especially enjoyed seeing both of them tear into the repugs last nite. It gave me warm and fuzzy feelings.

1. Aren't far apart? Obama's for open government and Clintons side with secrecy
and privilege.

ALL matters and issues are EFFECTED by open government.

The ONLY reason Bush2 was even able to mount a presidential campaign in the 90s was because they KNEW Bill Clinton was protecting the secrecy and privilege of Bush1 and his powerful cronies involved in those illegal operations.

ALL matters and issues are effected by open government.

open everthing up, you are kidding yourself. Sure he may do some good, only to be undone by the next repug elected.

On edit: Still not that far apart as far as I'm concerned.

3. He's going IN with a clean plate and SCRUPULOUS advisors. Clintons go in with Poppy Bush
and DECADES of secrecy and privilege to protect.

YOU have got to be KIDDING yourself.

4. No not really.
Bama carries his own baggage. But i didn't start this thread for some hyper activist to trounce all over. It was about unity, you know that stuff Bama keeps talking about.

role as citizens enough to trust them with the truth.

Yes - us anti-corruption, open government activist Democrats should be ignored and should stay away from threads where we are not wanted.

Isn't THAT the bottom line?

6. Your rhetoric is funny.
Trying to paint me as a repug. lol

You can't see beyond the tree to see the forest. Change comes in baby steps.

This thread was about attacking repugs and unifying dems, so yeah you can leave already.

Again there is little difference between the two remaining candidates, but you can continue to bang your head against that wall all you want.

7. I disagree. Without open government there is little chance ANY issue will
be dealt with properly and fairly.

Laugh away. My ego is healthy enough to bear a snicker from the establishment wing.

11. Personally, I do not want unity with the pukes and those who cater to them.
That is why BO will not get my vote. He cares more abount pandering to the right than his (supposedly) own party.

12. People usually UNIFY when they have the same set of FACTS to consider.
SECRECY and closed government assured that any issue could have its own set of facts depending on who is supplying those facts - like on the environment.

More voters would vote more responsibly if they were being respected with the truth, and NOT the demagoguery that benefits and thrives from closed government.
