Remote controlled, that is. Not neccessarily downs syndrome though. Probably more like MK-Ultra most of the time.

7. I saw the headline on a news website that just said they were handicapped but could not look
I have an adult daughter with down syndrome and could just see how easy it would be to do

I am nauseated and in tears for those girls and their family
