Obama on Bill Richardson endorsement

Obama said he has spoken to former presidential candidate Bill Richardson about getting his endorsement.

"We have no plans of receiving an endorsement, but I would love to be pleasantly surprised," he said.

2. Clinton is gaining Richardson's backer, the biggest indicator is.....

Gloria Molina and more have been dripping today, i think Hillary's got Richardson in the bag.

3. I wouldn't be surprised if she'd offered him the vp spot.

It would follow conventional wisdom. A western governor to go with an eastern senator. Plus, she probably thinks it solidifies the Hispanic vote. It would be historic, for as long as it lasted.

Richardson would actually be wise to keep his powder dry - as he would be a good VP candidate for either one but particularly Obama....Hispanics already seem to like Hillary....as demonstrated in Nevada....
