Do I agree with everything she says? No. But then, life would be boring if everybody agreed with everything someone says. Ms. Maddow is an intelligent well read lady whose opinion should be respected because, unlike some other radio and TV hosts, she actually does research and knows what she is talking about.

Part of being a progressive means not thinking your opinions are always right, and listening to others. I've respected Rachel Maddow a loooooong time now, because of her long record of insightfulness on issues I care about. She's a great advocate for progressivism, and when she says something's not right, you know she's speaking for a lot more people than just herself. My 2 bits, anyway.
