Rassmussen - This is an economy election 80% say top issue

http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/mood_of_america/trust_on_issues/trust_on_issues

This race on Tuesday will come down to the economy.

So this is where the edge could come from, who do they trust the most with the economy.

1. Not surprising- no one dare mention the war anymore
there is almost no coverage other than the RNC making political hay of the Dems hating the troops

2. Not suprising.
The economy is the top issue because it is front and center right now.
People are worried about that. They want the Iraq war to end and Democrat will do just that.
The economy will be the deciding factor.

3. I think a big factor we will see Tuesday, is people deciding in the booth

Some may see hope and change, others may see, who can i trust to rebuild the economy. I've done it before, swtiched at the last minute.

4. economy 2008
ron paul is the clear choice.

not only has he been right about iraq and will bring the troops home, he has been right about the economy and has been speaking on the subject for 30 years.

it's too bad people aren't taking a more principled stand on the issues.

....complaining about the status quo etc, yet they won't vote for him because "he can't win"

if he had a vote every time someone said 'that'..... he'd be elected in a heartbeat.

how much do we have to do to prove he is a frontrunner!!

there are six candidates....only one has correctly diagnosed the problems with the economy, and only one will bring the troops home.

only one has true grassroots support.

it's that simple.
