1. I don't think anyone is saying otherwise...
The Obama camp is saying Hillary's plan mandates people without any insurance to buy it and if they don't a fee is imposed.

Look folks, we should not be voting based on the details of these campaign policy plans. They are not so dissimilar, and neither is what will be proposed by the next president or adopted by Congress.
