Candidates and Health Care
Here is a big question I have here that has been really bothering me as of late. Why do proponents of Clinton and Obama come on here proclaiming the perfection of the candidate's health care plan, defending it tooth and nail (while slinging mud), when they are in fact contradictory to where they personally stand regarding private insurers vs a single payer system?

Lets be honest...no one except Kucinich had anything close (that I am aware of) to "Universal Health Care". Im sorry...but insurance is not care. The two are not equivilent and we know this. Yet I see so many people arguing on the wrong side of the fence (simply because that is where their candidate stands, and they stand there only to pander to the demand for a "plan"). Honestly, I thing the Clinton camp is more in the wrong here since Hillary is the one spouting about "Universal Health Care" when she reall means "Mandatory Health Insurance", and her supporters are following suit.

How do we expect to move forward if people are too busy bending to the erroneous policies of people they support, rather than demanding a higher standard from the candidates. If in one election cycle everyone allredy forgot about UHC, because they are too busy arguing the "less evilness" of their candidate's plan, its a great illustration why our country continually slides to the right.
