I was pleasantly surprised with some young voters last evening> I had

Gone to a birthday party for my mom. 1 nephew and 3 nieces
Between ages of 18-24 and their 3 boyfiends/girlfriends.
Well, politics cam up (tv on background).

Well lo and behold—these young kids started stated politics—without my prompting
Cause generally they just roll their eyeballs.

Anyway, most were for Clinton –one leaning Obama. Which rather shocked me
Again cause I know this one family of 4 voted Bush last time.

One is a high school senior and she said lots of talk of the primary coming up in WI (after super
Tues—but they want to vote anyway).

My sister is a prison officer—big business in Wisconsin—their Union endorsed Hillary Clinton (big union here in Wisconsin).
Also, I got a present—a T-shirt that says:

“Friends don’t let friends be Republicans”

So, my chant fit right in:

~ALL FIRED-UP FOR THE LADY~YES SHE CAN, YES WE CAN~~
