2. Sexist post. Youre an embarrassment to my gender
How dare you make this election about gender instead of merit? Youre holding women back, I hope you know.

I don't think I am an embarrassment to your gender, unless your name is misleading.

20. LOL. She's being overly ambitious, isn't she, daring to run for the great office of president!
Edited on Sun Feb-03-08 07:44 PM by libbygurl
But the men are merely assertive and strong and admirable when they do so!

Title edited for clarity.

30. Yup, sexism is alive and well. Few even recognise the deeply sexist tone of such...
...comments even! Incredible, isn't it? And that, and much, much worse is what HRC has had to put up with ever since she came to DC (and perhaps even in Arkansas).

29. Oh, I've noticed a small flood of them today, too. Hello, there, Freepers-in-disguise!
Now, carry on with your Hillary bashing, most honoured guests!

We're already used to it, even here on DU.

7. Ooh, must have lost the way to Freeperville?
French bashing is so 2003!

You wanna remove every single French-derived word in the English language? You'll have little left to work with.

In a related vein, W once said, 'The French should have a word for "entrepreneur".'

9. (it was a joke)
One thing I've noticed is that Clinton supporters tend to be the stick-up-ass types who severely lack a sense of humor.

8. The Goddess of Peace is in for a long, hard fight -
not over by a long shot after Tsunami Tuesday, but She'll grind it out and emerge at the end as the Goddess of Victory. She will prove that despite all, she always was and ever has been Madame Inevitable. And yes, on January 20th next year, the whole world will call her Madam President.

Hail to the Chief!

10. Hillary represents everything that's wrong with America.
More interested in appearances than accomplishment, narcissistic, passive aggressive, shallow, hypocritical, exploits religion and race. Hillary is trying to stop the first African American with real chance of being president for an unwinnable vanity campaign that will cause us to lose an easy to win election after her DLC caused us to lose so many.

17. Anyone who says anything remotely negative about the Anointed One is deemed....
...a racist anymore. So the media continue to handle him with kid gloves.

But any sexist term or language to refer to HRC is A-OK.
