5. After seven years of Bush' disasters, the country

is hungry for something better. I think they are more and more pinning their hopes on Obama because he speaks to that need. I hope that, if he wins, he realizes the huge responsibility he has, not to disappoint. I also hope he gets the congress and senate he needs to accomplish the change, otherwise his hands are tied.

but the kind of hope and confidence Obama inspires in some of us is what Reagan inspired in his followers. Talk to a true Reaganite and it isn't that they like what he did, they just go on and on about "morning in America."
