Reducing healthcare costs by $2500 is NOT enough when the cost goes up by 30% every year

I don't know where O's coming from on this one-

I pay $10,900/ year for insurance
minus $2500 = $8400 1st year
30% increase next year $8400 + $2520(30%/year increase in cost) =$10,920 second year

O'm plan is a 1 year quick fix to get elected
It does not address the real issues rising health care cost

Obama's health plan is going to take me to the poor house.
