After this is all over, I hope we judge each other for the passion and commitment to the cause -whoever we chose to support.
I recognize that people see things differently than I do about Obama and whether or not his dream (and mine) is possible.
I am hurt when you minimize our intellectual abilities by suggesting there is brainwashing or naivete involved.
I recognize that you think Hillary is in a better position to champion our cause, but I disagree. I think Obama pulls in independents and even some Republicans (perhaps Anti-War republicans or Ron Paul republicans -but they sure won't go to Hillary) With Obama, I think we will make a real change to this country and to our image in the world.
I love all the supporters here for championing what they think is in everyone's best interests and I hope that Hillary's political influence is duly recognized in the next administration, whoever it is.
If Hillary wins, I know we will be in good hands -I trust people like Rob Reiner, Wesley Clark, etc.
I hope the Hillary supporters could also draw some confidence and strength from the fact that we feel so strongly about Obama and not continue to hurl charges of naivete or kool-aid drinking.
Good luck to the best candidate tomorrow and my heart goes out to those who feel left out. I hope we can all remember that our feuds are fueled by the passion and revulsion we have felt over these last 7 years or more.
