8. I think most independent voters in MA

will vote on the Democratic ticket because they think that Romney has the state won no matter what. I expect a more than average IND turnout (which bodes well for Obama).

13. Local polls are almost always even more useless than the bigger ones

local entities can't afford to do them well and tend to have very heavy observer bias built in.

That being said, polls have been pretty useless in general this year.

college population - which is supposedly pretty skewed to Obama and motivated.
