Poll question: Are waaaahmbulence votes pathetic?
Say that someone says they are going to vote for candidate X because candidate Y's supporters are "being mean"; is this pathetic?

4. Its not just pathetic, its childish
Edited on Mon Feb-04-08 10:17 PM by DJ13
I dont vote for the supporters of candidates, I vote for the candidate.

Im an Obama supporter not because the Hillary supporters are mean little twits, but because having lived through Bill's two terms I have concluded the Clintons arent working in our nation's interests, they work for their own.

That and I've found Obama to be trustworthy, and I believe he will pursue his stated policies, where I feel Hillary wouldnt be above forgetting her promises after winning if its more politically expedient to go a different direction.

5. It's as good as flipping a coin
No rational person with a preference is going to switch their vote because anonymous posters act like assholes. But if someone doesn't have a preference, they might use that or some other unimportant thing as a tie breaker.

I do have a preference (Obama, now that Edwards is no longer running), but I think Hillary would do a good job. So, it isn't shocking to me that some people can't decide.
