1. Edwards sued my friend
John Edwards tried to blame the pool case on him until my friend found the receipt for the pump that showed that someone else was responsible for the pool at the time is was mis-installed.

2. So! If True... Your Friend Produced The Evidence Exonerating Him From The Allegation
Given a fair Criminal Justice System which is certainly NOT Always the case... The Trial and or proceedings served their purpose... The pool case was horrific! Thankfully your friend was not involved...

18. That is how the civil court system works. I have been sued for being associated with cases too
and I have gotten myself removed from the suits. Would you rather that no one ever have the right to seek justice?

19. I'm sure I would have too.
Look, a lawyer in Edwards' position has to name every conceivable defendant in a case until the facts begin to sort things out and he can then drop them from the case.

What if he hadn't named your friend and it turned out he was to blame?

3. I like John as much as anyone but right now a vote for Edwards is a vote for Hillary.
If John had stayed in and be competative I would have gladly voted for him but right now Obama has a chance to the prize.

Edwards voters are going to Obama at greater than a 2 to 1 clip in my estimation and that might be enough to get him the nomination.

12. Mark me down as another contrarian
What makes everyone assume we're terrified by the prospect of Hillary getting the nomination? I wouldn't vote for Obama (in the primary) if you paid me. Besides the grave concerns I have about his "reaching out" strategy, his supporters here have convinced me that "Hope and Change" are the last thing they're interested in.

13. why would I vote against the one person that embodies
all the things that I believe in?

Edwards will get a vote from me whenever and wherever the opportunity arises.

Every time.

Especially tomorrow!

21. We're leaving for our caucus in a few minutes...
I don't know if we'll get the chance to caucus for John or have to go "uncommitted." From experience over the past month, I'm anticipating a lot of pressure from the Obamatons, but I'm prepared to resist. Edwards, uncommitted, or nothing. That way my conscience will be clear.

5. Hell, I'm still voting for Kucinich.
By the time MY primary comes around it will be decided anyway, so I might as well vote my heart.

9. do you have a link to that statistic or did you make it up
if DU is any gauge Edwards voters are sticking with
edwards

to vote for either Hillary of Obama will give the same exact result - no change

to vote for Edwards will force both of them to carry a platform for the people
instead of for the corporations

15. DU isn't a gauge and Andrew Kohut said that most
Edwards supporters were going to Obama, and that that was reflected in the Pew, Gallup and CBS polls done after Edwards dropped out.

8. Hangin With Edwards... Just Want To Get Him Some Delegates So
he can make a difference for the Democratic Platform! It's only a PRIMARY... vote your heart! If you still want to change, that's up to you.

Myself, I'm Edwards no matter what! Then I'm outta here!

14. It's not a gauge of much I'm afraid
Though by all means do your thing. Just don't put him on teh GE ballot please. We need his voice in the ear of the next president... but first we need to install the next president ;P

11. A vote for Edwards forces the other two to encompass his platform -
John becomes the tiebreaker

and it apppears it is going to be that close
