Video: Hillary Dodges Answering "Garnishing" question 3 times
Here is her interview from ABC on Sunday.

The insurance question comes at the end of part 1 and continues for over 5 minutes into part 2.

Part 1

Part 2

No, she didn't say she would garnish people's paychecks... just "automatically enroll people" and tell them "you have got to be part of this"

Also, she said that 20% of those without insurance can afford it. Which also means that 80% who do not have it can NOT afford it.

Yes, I know she also did an interview this weekend where she admitted she would garnish wages. I can't find that one.

3. Self Employed... Thank you very much.
And I have full coverage, and it doesn't cost me a thing.

5. You could call it that I suppose.
But I never have to pay for a doctor visit or a dental visit. I don't pay for prescriptions. When I need glasses, I only pay for the frames. And no, I'm not over 60.

And all of this is none of your business. If you can provide something substantive, then why bother? You are not annoying me. You are just proving to be very uninformed.

So keep on going, they won't show up anyway.

9. She also says that people will be able to use a new tax credit
but that begs the question of people who are making so little money that they don't pay $400 or $800 a month in federal income taxes already (minus SS), so giving people a tax credit to pay for insurance... well, that's just not going to happen. And what happens then...

And what happens to people like me... I go for months on end without contracts or gigs. How would I pay for insurance.

And the basic question is why are insurance companies even involved?
