I just got back from voting - I have been vacillating back and forth between Obama and Clinton ever since Edwards dropped out.


It was a hard choice... so I let my wife decide for me.


I voted for Obama.


I hope it was the right choice - I'll be happy to vote for either of them (or both of them) in November.

I don't live there anymore but didn't change my registration in time, so I voted by mail.

I will be voting in Texas in November for sure, although I don't know if it will help much.


I said Texas because that's on my profile and I thought it would just be easier to put that.

3. I'm in AZ and just got back from voting for Obama.

I was an Edwards supporter who was devastated when he dropped out.

I voted for Obama because I think he has the best chance of winning against any Rep, but if Hillary is the nominee I will happily and proudly vote for her in Nov.

6. Not entirely on the fence, but before today uncertain whether was making the right choice

I have liked Obama and Clinton since the beginning, but in the interest of a longer race that is good for the party, decided several months ago to both go with my predilection for Obama and to make sure that, as a favorite son, he won big in his own state (I vote in Illinois).

But somehow, last night, watching that long, punch-drunk speech at the Boston rally on C-Span, I got fired up and certain. I was proud to cast my vote for Obama, whether he ultimately wins or not. I still like and respect Hillary, but I wanted to roll the dice for a new, transformational politics. No okey-dokes.

12. Because it ultimately makes no difference. Even if he picks up

a few more delegates, he's already yesterday's news. I would have preferred that he stay in it. Since he didn't, I'll respect his decision. I have no interest in voting for Obama or Hillary. When push comes to shove, I don't like either of them.

There were many other primary races to vote for in my area, and these are just as important as the presidential race.

If there are other races on your ballot and you stay at home to sulk, shame.

18. Here! About a half hour after the polls opened.

The precinct is just across the street from us.

I wound up doing what you did after struggling as you have (well, didn't let my wife decide for me, though). I liked them both, and whoever of the two of them is the last one standing, I'm with 'em all the way.

I finally put it down to head-over-heart. All the big decisions of my life (jobs, marriage, kids, etc.) were head-over-heart decisions. I don't trust my heart. I've seen many times over that if I'd gone with my heart at crossroads moments, I would have piloted myself straight onto a sand bar. My head has always been clear-eyed and objective enough. Sheer, cold, ruthless, strategic practicality - with all emotions OUT.

My heart said Hillary.

20. I voted for Obama today in Georgia..

I was undecided until Thursday. Hearing Hillary speak at a rally on Wednesday had a huge impact on my vote, and so did reading Obama's book..The Audacity of Hope.

my sister, who I thought would vote for Hillary, voted for Obama..and so did I! :thumbsup:
