My daughter just called from Illinois and she and her husband just voted
for Obama! Her inlaws are voting for him too later in the day and those folks were Republican. Many of their friends are voting Obama as well.

2. Did they say if turnout is heavy?
I can only imagine. In Iowa, our turnout increased 100 percent from 04. There seems to be so much momentum and enthusiasm in these Super Tuesday states. No matter what happens, it feels like the turnout is going to be a whopping blowout of unprecedented proportions. :)

3. She said they were voting in shifts because of turnout so that
there was child care for the grandbabies. I'm from Iowa too and our caucus had historical turnout. What an exciting election year!

10. I just voted for him in IL!
My husband already voted for him by early ballot. My two sisters and my niece voted for him. My dad is the only HRC voter in the family. And he's not even voting for HRC because of HRC. He came right out and told me that he's voting for HRC because he believes a vote for her equates to vote for BC. He's voting for Bill's third term. And here I thought he'd finally shed his sexist ways. :-(
