but isn't it playing a dangerous game for the Dems chances, if what you're saying is true, and those votes end up going to the wrong person...during all this? It would be nice to hear from Edwards himself, about what's really going on!

He's already on Feb 5 24 ballots

Really, Edwards was getting his ass kicked by Obama and Hillary. Coming back in the fall would just result in siphoning off support from whomever is the Dem nominee.

Bill Clinton was the beneficiary of Perot's campaign in 1992 an '96. McCain would benefit from an Edwards campaign in the fall.
