MSNBC criticizes McCain for winning "Blue" states, Ignores Obama's "Red" state sweep
This is getting to be soooo funny. Tweety started it by noting that McCain is mostly winning Blue states---states that the GOP has no chance of carrying this fall in the general election. The MSNBC pundits discussed this and agreed this meant that McCain might have troubled rallying the Republican base this fall, and that strength in Blue states did not a strong Republican candidate make.

This struck me as funny, because at the time they said it, all of Obama's victories were in Red States.

Since then, Obama has gotten some more victories. All in Red States. Boy, those Republican states just love him. Iowa, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Utah, North Dakota--he is going to be really strong there this fall. Not a word from Tweety or any of the others who were discussing McCain's Blue state sweep about Obama's Red State sweep.

I am betting that Tweety wishes that he had kept his big Tweety mouth shut. If he had, he could be bragging about how this Red state sweep proves that Obama has cross over appeal. In between calling Obama the anti-establishment candidate (backed by all those anti-establishment types like the LA Times and Kerry and the Kennedys and Maria Shriver) and Hillary the B Word.

It just makes me wonder if the pundits at MSNBC are FOS.
