NOTHING was settled tonight And you're either spinning or
a political idiot if you're claiming that it was. This race is about as even as it could possibly be. It will go on at least into next month and quite possibly until the Convention.

Get used to it.

6. In a way
I am hoping it keeps going. I am in NC and our primary is one of the last ones in may. I would love to have a say in the primaries.

10. I know. you're in May, right?
It looks like my little state will actually count. Vermont's primary is March 4. It'll be the first time that it's ever had any meaning.

14. Before his Iowa victory it had been
widely reported that Obama would never make it past tonight.
This is a hell of a race.

Someone may win it in the 3rd period, if not - overtime (convention)!

But not tonight. Our house is now completely fired up and ready to go. I used to hate that phrase and the people here who said it many weeks ago, but we are now completely now on board. Tonight was huge for Obama. We all know it's not over, but Barack is now on his way. What the media, and even DU (and if I'm not mistaken, without looking it up, even you) was saying was that Obama was going to lose big, and that if he was able to come within 150 delegates it "could" be called a "near win" and allow to hopefully continue.

Yes it's not over, but he finished huge, won the most states, and most likely (it will be days before the delegate calculations will take a few days to finish) the most delegates (by quite a big margin given), it's a huge f'n day.

Given that Hillary is almost out of money, it's looking good.

Today we became what DU calls Obamabots (and it wasn't until we attended the rally last night that we finally, completely got on board) and the results of today are a great thing.

This isn't over by a long shot, but tonight's results are going to push him further along.

PS: I don't know if you saw my or Bi-Baby's posts in a few different threads, but we're now going to start traveling and doing whatever we can in the NE states - ME, though it's kinda soon so we might not be able to do much, if anything; and we're gonna do whatever we can for RI and your state (and I have family in RI. If I can, I'll try to get my kinda famous bro-in-law to get involved; I won't say who he is, but his coworkers are some of the most famous people in the world - seriously).

I think I could get my sister involved easily, and her husband most likely..... and I will try to get her husband to cross the line to get the more famous people that everyone knows to get involved. I'll start with my sister to feel her out (I'm sure she's in, and I kinda think her husband will be) and hopefully her husband may do what he never does, and get the super-celebrities to help to, if only just a few of them.

(yes, that was long winded, and obtuse, but that's to protect the innocent)

And yes, that was also an invite for some of you to contact either me or Bi-Baby about it to coordinate, and see how we can use them to help out if we can.

I'm just excited that it looks like my vote in the March 4th primary will actually count for something. Woo Hoo.

of the states ahead of us. If you can't look at a map and know that then you're the political idiot.
