2. MI & FL will not be the decisive delegates for the nomination.
They will likely be seated at the convention after the nominee has been decided.

4. It would be wrong to seat FL and MI based on the primary results - THEY WEREN'T PROPERLY CONTESTED
Obama/Edwards weren't on the ballot in Michigan and no one contested Florida. There should be a proper primary will all candidates participating and campaigning before these delegates count!
