3. Probably just anecdotal observations.
But there could definitely be a tipping point in the minds of Americans when they see the crowds and the "rock star" presentation. The enthusiasm of an over-zealous crowd can be perceived as frenzy.

4. Thanks.
You can't imagine what it has been like to be a Clinton supporter and live in Illinois. In my immediate family, we respect each other and listen to each other. There were two Edwards supporters, two Clinton supporters and one Obama supporter. But outside our family, my daughter and I were vilified by many Obama supporters.

We are very tired of the ageism and the sexism. It is especially discouraging to us because we both have worked so hard for ALL Democrats.

I will still support the nominee, no matter who it is. But Obama is no uniter.

5. It's times like these that it's an advantage to live in a one-person household.
But for the record, my dog supports Hillary because the Clinton household is very animal-friendly. :)

8. None of my kids live here.
My daughters live in Chicago, and my son is in the suburbs. We do talk a lot.

I spoke to my youngest daughter yesterday. My son was an election judge, and he had a long day. I will try to talk to him sometime tomorrow. I would like to know how turnout was in his area.

6. We just support him, that's all
Why would that make him "messianic"?
