In nevada, they bot about an even number of delegates. What pushed Clinton over the top was California and New York, but not by much when you look at the count.

But yes, it's district based, so sometimes it's disproprotionate, this is why I don't like the delegate (or even caucusing) process.

11. Gold, let the obama folks chew on that as they all tried to rub our

noses in it when the same happened in Nevada......I say in 2016 cause 8 years hrc will have the dems need to change and go winner take all in every state and no more of this caucus crap...have dates set aside beginning the first weekend in january and every 2 weeks have 10 states to cast votes. Drawing will occur and 10 states will be pulled out for the 1st then 10 states more etc etc...

the states with the largest delegate count (10) will be placed in a big bowl. two will be drawn and placed in the week they are drawn....week one ny and mich week two pa and calif. week three well you get the picture....
