I googled this and found it only in one recent political discourse but by Tuesday of next week I would not be surprised if it has been packaged into being "established fact"
BTW- you can't get more different than Va and Maryland and that is something BOTH states cherish to the nth degree. Yes Obama is supposed to do well in both and in DC (can the MSM makes this any MORE about race? while still showing which REPUBLICAN GOD'S PEOPLE vote for? ) but I have never heard of Md and Va being lumped together in any way. Hell the rest of Va considers anything north of Frederickburg to BE another state anyway and so do they.
