Last night, we caucused in MN. You were allowed to vote for President in my precinct from 7-8pm. Every nurse that was working in the hospital last evening was unable to vote (including the one who organized the pro-Hillary group). Both of my friends who are obstetricians ended up called in and couldn't vote. Every single person working at Target, Wal-Mart, Barnes and Noble, Caribou, and all busineses open during that time? Disenfranchised
I don't know if it would have affected the vote.
I will tell you though, that someone at the door of our voting area was initially turning people away because he *thought* the vote ENDED at 7. They then had someone not involved with the caucus at all at the front desk while this individual went to double check.
There were no more ballots, so we had to write the name of our candidate down on a scrap piece of paper that was cut up by hand.
It was weird.
