4.  bzzzzt. I wasn't saying he'd win and neither were the majority of
Obama supporters. In fact, I've never predicted anything but a win for Clinton in CA. And even an idiot can tell that he made enormous gains in CA in the last couple of weeks- whether Oprah had anything to do with it is unknowable. Duh.

5. "You guys"
You got a link for that? I remember most people(Obama supporters) saying that it would be close, and Hillary would probably win because of early voters.

8. Typical Clinton campaign response - "Divide & Conquer"
Sorry, but if you look back through the posts yesterday, most of us Obama supporters were very weary of the Zogby numbers. Most, if not all, of us thought that Cali would be close but Hillary would probably win it. Sure, some were happy to see the Zogby numbers but the majority of us know that polls are unpredictable and the smartest amongst us don't even trust them.

Congrats to the Clinton camp for their wins and congrats for making yourselves look like the pompous jerks that will kiss the Clinton ring.

28. I fully expected him to lose. Remember all the early voting? I just wanted him 60-40 at worst.

20. Right, so nobody should be surprised she won California by 10%
She had a lock on the state for a year, at least.

Which begs the question of the general excitement over an utterly expected result.

"So she was favored all along. No upset here."

You: "Yep."

The poll showing her up by 10% was, in YOUR WORDS, "accurate."

So where's the spin?

13. CNN still lists no delegates awarded. Is it that complicated?
370 delegates is a large number. Is an estimate of about 200 Clinton, 170 Obama about right, or impossible to tell?

24. Not so simple
Political culture makes it difficult for people of minorities to bridge the gaps between themselves. Most minorities are, in one way or other, in pursuit of whiteness--not literally, of course, but trying to integrate into a society framed by a Anglo-American bourgeoisie. Choosing certain candidates allows them to affirm this process, at least for themselves. The Hispanic population may have 'saved' Hillary, but not necessarily in the sense of a black vs. brown antagonism.

(Disclosure: I am Latino, and I voted for Obama.)

25. So hispanics who did not vote for Mr.Obama are racist?
I voted for clinton becasue I like what she has done for us. We don't for color,or how they talk spanish, or eat tacos. We vote for those who represent us. The media thinks all hispanics want illegals here, turn the USA to mexico, and those who don't vote for a black man we are racist. Some may but not all of us. We are just like everyone else. But the media cannot seem to understand that we love America too.

It's not the states that count... It's the delegates. And if it wasn't for the absentee ballots, he probably could have pulled it out.
