HRC lost last night
Obama won more states and more delegates. Hillary lost. Is she imploding?

5. STOP IT, please ! I support Obama, but we do NOT need this kind of inflammatory posting here. HRC
did GREAT last night.. they both did. Let's give the "winning" crap a rest. We have a long way to go yet and this isn't helping.

13. If you really believed that you'd delete your OP.
Or you could ask the mods to lock it.

Frankly, it does your candidate no good for his supporters to appear to be such poor sports.

22. State how my post was acrimonious.
I'm trying to give you a clue about how you damage your candidate with such posts. A strong Obama supporter basically told you the same thing on this very thread.

35. The OP just interprets Tsunami Tues as a win -- not nastily or gloating ...
OK so you have a different narrative -- I think there are different standards here for Obama supporters (eg protestation about this thread is illustrative) and Obama bashing (eg a zillion threads going on for months and months about McClurkin, without any pattern reflecting how gay organizations and newspapers were looking at the election (much more favorably proportionately than GLBT discussion on DU. And there are other examples too.

I only would like to see more analysis -- I'll try to give a link to my thread that attempts to go into depth on the issue more.

12. But it is true
I just want to see it headlined somewhere. Obama = more states, and Obama = more delegates. No brainer. You know damn well that if HC would have won both it would be headlined.

29. I know. The MSM coverage is unfair, but again, I really think each supporter's sides see what
they want to see. Hillary supporters today are complaining bitterly about her coverage. Obama supporters are not happy with his coverage. I just wonder what an UNBIASED person sees/thinks, LOL. I'll have to call some friends today and see who they think "won". :hi:

11. She weathered the night by winning in California.
She's on a decline, but far from out of it and far from imploding.

She certainly failed to meet expectations, and she failed to maintain the huge leads she had in almost every state she ended up losing.

18. One more week and she would have been toast
The only thing that kept her from losing California were:

1 - votes cast a month ago before Obama gained steam. Hell, Edwards still picked up a bunch of absentee votes.
2 - time. If Super Tuesday was held a week later, Obama would have rolled her in more states than he already did.

25. You are correct
Obama needed more time to overcome all those early votes that occurred before many realized he's viable. Now he has that time, the money to be heard, and a chance to stage a really strong run the next couple of months.

she did do well but less than expected. it was pretty close to a tie. Assuming at this point that she will be the candidate is a bit to presumptuous for my taste though.
