Ugly
Man it's ugly here today. After last night's primaries I though we'd take one day to say "Wow!! What a race!! Man both of these great candidates did an amazing job! Man it's been a while since we've since a Primary like this!!"

Instead it's been slander and mud. The way Dems are talking about other Dems.

Ugly!! Shame!! I know the race and the primary goes on...but this is an ugly day on DU.

2. I'm 100% Clinton
but I would have been happy to celebrate both candidates on a fine night. I thought Clinton did amazing, but I also thought Obama was amazing as well. What I'm finding on DU today is disappointing. We're Democrats people!! Let's treat each other this day. We had an amazing Super Tuesday where both a Black American and a Woman defied the odds. A Black American and a Woman proved they are able to win the White House.

Instead I found Right Wing Slander. WTF!!!

3. The icing on the Ugly Cake is Barack's campaign flyer trashing Bill Clinton.

4. It's sad
instead of Obama and Clinton praise we're destroying each other. And why Bill Clinton's name is being brought up is beyond me. I thought we wanted to keep this Hillary and Obama. Bill Clinton is a hero to many Democrats.

17. Barack is attacking Bill because he thinks Bill's ego can't resist being baited.
He wants to draw Bill back into the limelight, because Barack's numbers went up when Bill attacked him.

Childish tactic. I know Hillary will see through it. I hope Bill's ego can snicker at the transparent effort that Axelrod is putting out.

5. I napped after that late night - I think some here are still cranky
hopefully a good night's sleep will help.

I realized I needed a quick recharge after I found myself resoponding on a thread I would normally ignore.

FWIW, early this am. there were just candidate threads with supporters posting about their candidate's victories.

That dried up.

10. I tried...
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x4440640

But it's kind of like farting in a whirlwind. If you dare try to point out that what happened yesterday was really a GOOD thing and we should be glad we have such great candidates, sooner or later somebody comes along to poop in your oatmeal and point out that Hillary/Obama actually sucks and if we vote for him/her we are totally doomed.

It's hopeless.

11. I know
we never can see the strength in our friendly rivals. It's so hard to say "Hey my guy ran a good race but man you're guy did great too" and then go ahead and go back to destroy destroy destroy.

20. there does seem to be alot of RW tactics being used
which is crazy. Let's leave this sort of attacks for when we actually go up against the RW'ers.

16. Disgutingly amazing isn't it?
The name calling, snark and general hateful remarks have been going on for a while.

I think that I'll just go back to being embarrassed that Huck won my state on the dark side. The shame, the shame.
