1. Wasn't NM a caucus state?
Seems like it would be easy enough to count those votes. :shrug:

2. they will start counting the provisional ballots
tomorrow. The state party underestimated the turnout. Also there were lots of provisional ballots because lots of us had to vote at places outside our normal precinct polling places. I one went to the wrong place they had to do a provisional ballot. I think there are 17000 provisional ballots.
