1. CNN = CLINTON NEWS NETWORK
MSNBC = MOSTLY SIDING on NOT BACKING CLINTON.

2. because CNN is a terrible channel
... with on air personalities that either (1) should have been put out to pasture five years ago, or (2) are young, stupid and uninformed.

6. I think they either count or dont count super delegates which can be
allocated and reallocated right up to the end.

4. In CA for example it is split within the congressional district and the
formulas for this are very complicated depending on whether it is a 2-3-4-5-6 delegate district.

The different news outlets do their own projections and then consult with each campaign to see if their is a consensus


In some caucus states they are actually not picking delegates but picking reps to a state convention and they are projecting

how many delegates this will mean from the state convention
