Super Tuesday proved Hillary cannot win the General Election
She will win her home state of New York and California with her Hispanic support.

Outside of those two states, she might lose every other one in a general election.

It is clear that Obama attracts Independents and swing votes necessary to win a general election.

For these reasons, Obama will win the remaining states and come out victorious but I feel the Clinton mafia might bamboozle the Superdelegates to their corner.

In the end, the only way Billary will win the general election if she is "selected" the nominee by the Superdelegates, is if she begs Obama to be her VP.

3. Why can't Obama supporters back up their assertions?
They have extremely strong opinions -- but as a group, they are unable to explain why.

No rancor. I am truly curious now. As time goes on, their movement becomes less able to provide substantive reasons for believing.

And when was the last time in a democracy a politician created a social movement to get elected?

30. pay the speechwriter.....
ever invoking JFK, or MLK....(pssst, if you look into MLK BRIEFLY, you'll see that he was no saint either...).....but let's NOT be negative.
....Obama is as much a political machine as any dynasty in recent history. do the research, it's there for the finding......
THINK a moment....the mindset that carved the Reagan-era deficite to a surplus is but a vote away (and if i was concerned about who or whom they slept with, i'm pretty sure i wouldn't be on this particular website to begin with...)
WE KNOW Hillary has vast knowledge of what it took to fix things then......i'd like to do that again please?

He has Charisma and seems to appeal to younger people/voters on a daily basis. He is a refreshing change for certain.

not to mention the Asian community. But Obama doesn't need them. He's got the Reagan repubs.

37. Yes. The "LGBTQ community" is a "new sandwich". Sad, you and Obama reject a segment of society...
you are all about "hope" but only if one is heterosexual. Or if one has "prayed away the gay". Thanks for mocking the LGBTQ community. But then, we know all about Donnie McClurkin and Obama's stance on civil liberties for others who differ from him.

No "community" is being mocked. "LGBTQ" is a term I've never seen used. Anywhere. The "Q" is new, at least relative to any news streams I monitor.

8. Change, may not be the kind of change you want. As far as
charisma I can't see it. His looking down his nose at people, and his whinny, nasty remarks have sullied any charisma he may have had. Actually he is closer to Bush's idealism than a dem, he said as much himself when drooling over Reagan. Hillary is the one that can bring change, she'll know what to do.

And as many times as I have kicked this, no one seems to have a direct response to it... Duh... I don't see and can't see anyone putting forth an argument in Hillary's defense on this.

Oh and by the way, I am going to keep on posting this until November 08.

38. This nasty,, wingnut-sponsored film has been debunked all over the web.
For example, at:

http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/crooked_claims_about_clinton.html

Meanwhile, some reviews:

"If you liked, 'The Clinton Chronicles,' you'll love this film." --Jerry Falwell

"As good a piece of unsubstantiated wingnut trash as was ever thrown at the Clintons." -- Doug from Upland (Free Republic)

"I laughed, I cried, I laughed, I shrieked, I slobbered, I swallowed my tongue, I finally took my meds." -- Ann the man Coulter.

To the poster of these lies, You can go on posting this as long as you want. Just understand that no one but you believes it, and the only reason that YOU believe it is that thete's something wrong with you.

18. that is not "proof"
no where does that "prove" that those voting for Obama would not vote for Clinton in the GE.

I'm not arguing whether or not Obama could win the GE or Clinton could win the GE or who would be more likely to win. But Super Tuesday "proved" nothing of the sort.

21. DEMOCRATS IN RED STATES VOTED FOR OBAMA! Therefore repugs & Independents will too!!!
:sarcasm: talk about a leap of logic.

Honestly, I don't think the super tuesday results prove a single thing one way or the other about which candidate will do better in the GE.

Obama did better in states where blacks make up a large proportion of democrats.

Clinton did better in other states.

It was a draw in terms of proving general election viability.

One of these two candidates needs to punch through with something that will make people take notice.

I agree that Clinton and Obama should run on the same ticket however this pans out, and I don't think either of them will need to "beg".

36. Speak English - you're not making a lick of sense.
I'm not avoiding saying anything.

Hillary did well with a diverse group of people - gays, hispanics, asians and in California, young voters.

Saying "other states" is quicker than running through the whole list.

Nothing racist about that abbreviation at all, but as for your out-of-nowhere mentioning of Jesse Jackson...

I don't understand your comparison of Obama and Jackson - they couldn't possibly be more different.

And no, I don't think there was an underdog - all the media were predicting a dead heat and that's what we got.

Obama, the underdog was weeks ago.

For such an emphathetic post, yours sure is incoherent.

The Repukes can't stand Hillary. She is exactly what they need to energize their base behind McCain. She isn't attractive at all to Independents.

The media loves McCain. Her supporters claim the media doesn't like her.

Add it up and she can't win a GE.

These are FACTS

Barak dominated in the cities--the Democratic stronghold. Hillary won in the red counties.

If it had been the other way around the media would have talked about it endlessly. But then again, they are as shameless as Obama.

SSDD.....Obama will spend years saying WTF as his tenure in the Whitehouse erodes to days, and Hillary will be thinking "i told ya so"
WE NEED CHANGE THAT WILL WORK............NOW, RIGHT FUCKING NOW!....
Senator Obama is a nice guy, but we all know what happens to nice guys in the end. Let's put power back into the Whitehouse with a sane agenda, one that not only speaks of ideals, but one that knows.

we should be so lucky to have sanity back in the Whitehouse rather than a bumbling virgin on the phone with Jesse Jackson every day asking,"what do i do now?"
if you take the teleprompters away with their smoothly honed well-paid for words, you'll see a man saying,"present!"
but not for long. The GOP agenda RIGHT NOW is how to strip his flesh off in tiny bits. Not so with Hillary......she's been where they are, and they know it. she has the GOP's respect because she had the guts to go against them in the 90's.
the 90's were good. i was there!
