Justice John Paul Stevens is 87 years old. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a cancer survivor. The next appoint to the Court -- if it goes to a Republican appointee. There goes Roe. There goes Griswold. There goes a whole bunch of cases. There goes democracy.

Let's not let "Five Catholic Men" become "Nine Old Men."
