Question: Are Republicans As Interested In "America Coming Together" As Obamafans Are?
Especially if "Coming Together As A Nation" as it were, REQUIRES of Them That number themselves among "The Haves," are required to Give up a lot of Power, $$$$MONEY$$$ and Control to the "Have NOTs" in order to do so...

ANSWER... "They..." AIN'T FOR IT!!!

So You're all going to find out THE HARD WAY just WHAT... John Edwards was talking about when he spoke about "TAKING POWER FROM THEM..."

It's too bad soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many are so easilyyyyyyyyyyyyyy persuaded to follow a "Motivational Speaker" who speaks loudly but says sooooooooooooooooo little of substance just cause it makes them feel good to listen to him....

So the real candidate that actually represented a solid threat to the Corporations that run this country is cast aside by The Corporate Media and wishful/prayerful adoring fans 2 weeks ago, while progressive leaders like Tim Carpenter of PDA talk about "working to pull Obama and Hillary LEFT..."

When BOTH are bought and paid for by the same benefactors as the Republicans... Military Industrial Complex, Wall Street, Big insurance, Big Oil and Big Coal...

I hope that I will be in a position to still smile when this crap is all over with........? Somehow I doubt it............

6. Ask Obama... Probably a Grammatical Miscue Based More On Emotion+Hype Than Thoughtful Contemplation!

7. What I don't understand is....
Why does Obama keep telling everyone that he is the unifying candidate? He is the most liberal member of the Senate. It's not as if smiling across the aisle, shaking hands, making motivational speeches, and patting backs will get people to do what he wants to do. I wish voters would get a clue and realize that this ideal is next to impossible given his political stances on the issues.

8. Yes Obama Is Really Quite "Oriented To The RIGHT!" Liberal w/ Obama or Clinton Represents
A Mis-use of the term... if that's the term you want to use... Progressive would also be inappropriate in describing either Hillary or Obama as well.:)

9. Perhaps you misunderstood me
I meant in terms of working with Republicans in Congress, not the voters. Independents will vote for him for a variety of reasons, including personality, his fresh politics, etc. That much will be relatively independent of political stance. However, Republicans in Congress won't give a damn about those things.
