Yet, people seem to let him off the hook for it much easier.

6. Speak For yourself
I'm not letting off the hook either him, Kerry, Biden, Dodd or anyone who voted for war.

That being said, apologizing for it makes it a little less awful. Clinton still claims that it was the correct way to vote - I guess that means that the majority of Democrats, who voted against war, were wrong.

10. are you kidding me, he was pouned for his vote on here
although he came out and apologized for his actions, it was never good enough for many on here.

He was damned if he did and damned if he didn't.

11. Because:
* He said he was wrong and that he was no doubt lied to by the bush admin.

* He is no longer running

* After dropping out he went back to New Orleans to help build houses
for people hurt by Katrina

12. We have to also look at who was giving the information...
they have been lying and are still lying about Iraq as well as other issues(Bushco) they continued to lie about the economy but they couldn't hide the lies any longer.

13. It's just the difference of being in the senate and not.
Since Edwards is no longer a senator, he is less influenced by Washington.

14. So the next logical question is, why doesn't Hillary admit she was wrong
and that she's sorry she made that vote? Like Edwards did?

18. Does not admitting to a mistake mean that the person approved of the action
and might repeat it again, if given the same situtation regarding war? That's another thing that troubles me about Hillary. If she strongly condemned her own action and vowed to never repeat it again, it would help convince me that she won't be an absolute war hawk in the future, if elected.
