1. Did you bother to read the comments before reposting a link that's already been shared today?

They're not very favorable toward the author. Who also left out quite a bit of information, not to mention he states that Obama, Clinton & Bush all have the same plan - yet he only criticizes Obama.

2. Yeah, it was the 27 ft storm surge

According to the NOAA, "Katrina’s “tsunami” is what resulted in the flooding of 80 percent of New Orleans, and massive destruction along the Gulf Coast."

So if the author doesn't care enough about his own city to tell the truth, then I doubt he's telling the truth about anything else.
