Obama supporters: stop predicting a February sweep

It may or it may not happen. But by setting the bar at highest level, you're allowing Clinton to claim "comeback girl" status if she wins, or even comes close in, just 1 of 9 states.

I would be very happy if Obama wins a majority of delegates, states, and popular vote in the remaining February states.

2. I don't know if many are. I think some are saying it could happen.
But if it could happen, that means it might not, as well.

I do feel good about Obama's chances this February, but yes, you're right, I won't say he'l sweep.

5. We should get busy calling tomorrow
Especially VA, although I don't think it would hurt to call LA, WA and MD too. I don't think any of these states are all wrapped up at all.

6. OBAMA vs. MCCAIN
Progressives KNOW that Clinton Vs. McCain = REPUBLICAN vitory. WE CANNOT LOSE IN 2008!!! There is too much at stake! A Clinton Ticket means white males/Rush Limbaugh will go out in full force to support McCain!!!! Take a look at the exit polls and you will be astonished.

10. It's a FEELING, right?
No analysis is required for this one -- everybody just knows it.

Pure feeling. That's because Barack Obama is not just a candidate, he's leader of a new transformational social movement!!!

Right?

7. Turning the mind set of millions just does not work fast.
Any one should know that. I would think if you can change one mind out of 50 people you have made a good point. Do re-call we had people who were Royalist and stayed in the country and some who left also. People did not flock to fight the Brits even at the start of this country. I would say every thing is like that. We often think we moved into WW2 in one day but we had many years of getting set for it. This is a messy type govt. Unless we have a powerful autocrat King I guess it will stay that way. The President just has to run with what the people want plus we need Congress to think like the people or most of the people. I think Bush forgot that. I hope we will get some one that will not for get that once more.

8. Are you talking to DU Obama supporters?
Because I don't think what a bunch of anonymous posters say on a discussion forum is going to have any impact at all outside of said forum. Worry if you start hearing Obama or his people talking about it.
