is his background in Constitutional Law. I haven't heard him address this specifically, but he said the first thing he would do in office would be to get rid of Bush's signing statements.

This law school graduate appreciates his framing of the pertinent constitutional issues; * has crapped on the Constitution and Bill of Rights, as well as the Geneva Conventions, and, at least, Obama mentions that consistently, and expresses how he would reverse the decline.
